Switzerland and Iceland are two of the most amazing and beautiful countries in the world. Iceland however is a majestic raw and untamed beauty and so unique do to fire and ice (geothermal). Both countries will leave you breathless and wanting more. Both have amazing people. Much love from Castle Rock Colorado, USA.

I went to interlaken when I went travelling this summer!! It's a beautiful place, if you ever go there again defo stay at the tent village, great for travellers and was one of the highlights of my trip!!

You have to come back in Switzerland and go to Zurich it's a nice city and Lausanne because it's so nice with the lake at the bottom of the city, the city center and on the top you have forest pretty cool !

Interlaken is in one of the prettiest areas I know. You should definitely go to Lauterbrunnen and go up to Mürren by funicular. It's amazing! Also visit the Trümmelbachfälle. :)

In most of the European countries they accept Euros. And yes you are right, in Switzerland we use Swiss francs as the 'normal' currency because it's not fully part of the European Union (political wise). You can buy things in Euro bank notes in most of the shops here though. Your change will be in Swiss francs again. I hope I didn't confuse you, haha^^'
