I got the chance to meet Pantera at an in-store they did in Chicago back in the 90s. As a young kid that played guitar and loved Dime's tone, I clumsily told him how much I loved his tone. He said, "Alright! Thanks, dude!" 😆 Good times

Pretty awesome man…I met Phil after a show in the mid 90s here in Baltimore….he left a massive bruise on my arm…apparently while wasted we thought we’d see who could take the most damage…after about 4 of his right hands I tapped..im 6ft4 240lbs too, Phil hit like a mule. Awesome dude, a sweetheart

I met them at an in store in 85, had no idea who they were. They talked me into buying projects in the jungle and signed my record. At the time they were just a local Arlington band trying to get noticed, but they were big enough that I got to see them play at Six Flags in Dallas a year later. Great memories

I play Metal but I’m influenced by Bach. I can’t play the guitar, but I can rhythm riffs. I need classical training but I’m a metal guy so I vomit blood when I see a grandad guitar, and I’ll die if I touch one. I’m so torn apart though because the only full song I can play is Lacrimosa, and about 1:23 secs of Moonlight sonata 1st.

Hang in there... I am goin thru pain still... time will help heal. I won't accept my loss but will embrace it. Lost my mom Dec. Of 2020 then lost my wife 3 months after on March 2021, recently lost my big brother (46) back in July 2022..and yes we were the closest of families we lived in the same area all of us.. so these cuts are deep. If anything it made the bond between me and my kids alot stronger and my remaining brothers 💪.
