Smashed this workout yesterday after watching during my pre-workout cardio. Didn't stop curls until I failed the "bicep touch test" you did here! Great pump. Great stuff.

thank you for the cardio/pre lift motivation. I enjoyed this video for two reasons 1) it happens to be back/bi/ab day for me and I was pleased to find out I had programmed a similar session for myself, which makes me feel legit because I mean, I'd Steve Cook does it... 2) also I loved the philosophical rants. Your passion overflows! thank you!

Pendlay rows is definitely my favorite back exercise... Some ppl at the gym have questioned why i drop the bar to the ground thinking im trying to do regular bent over barbell rows. I just can feel it isolate my back more doing pendlay, and its less pressure on the srms with that half second rest..

You train your forearm by not using straps..

Just FYI everyone watching, at 11:21 when he did reverse fly's, he said it was more externally rotated with his hands in that position, well, it was INTERNALLY rotated.
