Making a psuedo-bard build out of this game was really fun - a lot of spells didnt actually care about your magicka at all so I could just use things like the 4 turn trap and spam taunt away. It was also nice to be able to buy gear super easily with the charisma gold bonus lol

If you put most of your points into charisma (around 80), put 30 into magic and 20 - 30 into stamina, learn levitate and bind and become an unkillable god who slays everyone with the power of his voice, with this build, your taunts have a 90% chance to hit armour is dirt cheap, my highest damage dealt with single taunt is 2610 so you don't even need to buy a weapon

For me axe are the best because of the crit, it doesn't care about armor or flesh it'll crit all the way

Played it for a few hours and then deleted it. It's too hard for me. Regular S&S 2 was waaaay easier. Missing a few crucial blows even with 60% accuracy and then end up dying got me triggered lol. Anyways, good thing is that they buffed a few champions there. Evil ninja for instance was underwhelming and I guess that Wizard Sagan (I have not faced him in this redux but I'm positive he's not pathetic here as he was in S&S2)

Here in redux, you should keep using quick until you fill the bar and spam power/spin/two hand. Whenever the opponent rest, then that's the time for bruteforce. You wouldn't want to power your way in the beginning because your gladiator will get tired and when it rest, it's vulnerable which make sense than in the original, I'm not saying the original is bad, I like it but in redux they fix some

You can attack any skill if your mana is more then zero

Build charisma instead of magic, if you do it right, you can hit upwards of 2000 damage with taunts with a 90% chance to hit and no counter as long as your charisma is (a lot) higher than your opponents
