@21:04. Minor correction. Your shrine miniature block the "x", the waypoint 1 and the shine is not in the same area. That also mean that the trap card you drawn later will not hit the other 2 heroes.

I'm finding it much more difficult than the original S&S. Maybe because Im not used to how the heros interact with each other and knowing when to use specific powers. Poison is just a killer when you cannot save.

Minor correction. You cannot dominate minions as they are not considered an enemy. Only enemies / heroes can be dominated

Small error in the beginning. You have to spend the Soul Points to get ressurect at the shrine.

Did you forget the time you gained at the end of this quest too? So I think you should have had 6 time in the Underreign…4 gained per errata (instead of 3), 1 from event card at the end of this quest, and 1 gained from the ability. (So maybe you should carry over 2 time next time you are in the Underreign, plus any bonuses from the end of Quest 2). But I am still not familiar with what costs time so double check my analysis!

So what are your overall thoughts on this newest version of sword and sorcery? I remember you where quite high on the first iteration of sword and sorcery but what about now? Did this game make your top 10 for 2021 or have you mellowed on sword and sorcery ?

I mellowed a ton. If you play it back to back it's great but once you stop playing it's so hard to get it back out die to high rule complexity. Also it felt too easy

Question: How do you feel about using IS heroes in AC and vise versa? I've read on all forums and post from people saying "Yeah you can do that, no problem", but the AC heroes seem a lot stronger! 😶

@@loktar00 Nice, Maybe you can help me with an S&S Rule question, I understand that if you move and perform an attack that ends your move, but if you end up killing the enemy can you move now? Basically let's say the hero has 3 movement points, he moves 1 into an enemy space, performs and attack which kills it can the hero now move the remaining 2 movement points left?

How do you find this compares to Immortal Souls Act I and II? I liked Immortal Souls okay, but I got really tired of the constant spawning and some of the really annoying monster powers (i.e. roll a shield and it ignores the attack, or roll a magic symbol and it spaws a monster. Have they made it feel a bit more fluid?

Currently liking chronicles better but I need to get into this one more. SS has a much superior rulebook and AI but I enjoy the story and the 3 levels and hero customization of Chronicles!

To watch or not to watch, that is the question. I want to, i realy do, but i went with 1 wave delivery, so my copy wont be here untill new year i think. And i want to avoid spoilers. Does it feel more difficult then the original, as original's hardest mission was mission 1. After that it was easier with each mission. As you got more leves and powers, the enemies just did not keep up.

Quick question to bring all of your characters back from ghost form in the beginning did you need to spend those soul shards the first event card gave you

Good point. I guess I play that wrong. I assume the first event card give u one soul shards per hero because you will spend it immediately to resurrect

Well I am not sure - we are asking on BGG - seems weird the storybook wouldn't tell you that though! We are trying to figure it out!

​@@OneStopCoopShop Well, i think that is the rule book. 12.3 Resurrection During each Time Phase, a Ghost Soul Hero in the same area as an open Shrine can spend Soul Points { } to return to life. Since the hero is level 1, so 1 soul shards per hero to resurrect, but it is good that you double check in BGG. Please play till Quest 3, and I want to know if you can beat it. I failed 3 times and cheated abit and a lot of luck to get through it. (I wonder if I played some rule wrong to make it so difficult). "cheated" mean I went to emporium to buy some stuff when I am not suppose to and for enemy power, I draw 2 and pick 1. Some of these enemy power mix with some of the enemy AI break the game. I also want to see how you interpret AI "move away" behavior.

Good play through! Just a bit of feedback: you use “go ahead” way too much. 8:58 (3 times in a row) I know it seems like I’m being a dick but I’m not trying to. I thought if I mentioned it, it might help you curb the overuse in the future. Now if I could get friends to stop using like as beginning, end, and punctuation for sentences.
