Damn.. this anime has come a long way.. Kirito made a lot of friends, people who cherish and love, people he saved. If they didn’t support him, no one could have gotten this far. The nostalgia of this anime is extreme... this was the first anime I have watched. Seeing the story change and evolve really makes me think about the old times but I have to move on forward. The characters, just like in real life, was able to go through many obstacles because of their friends. The strong will to never give up, the support, and love connects them all together. This anime got me through many hard times because I can relate to the characters. SAO is not the same as most anime, it’s very special because Kirito worked harder than anyone else in order to get where he is now. He cared more about others than himself. Because many friends of his died due to his own “faults” sometimes you have to reveal secrets you don’t wanna reveal in order to save others. I don’t know what I’m saying anymore, but know this, you have a great day and be positive.. not too much but if you’re going through hard times right now, know that there will be more hard times. But if you never give up and go through those hard times, you will be far more stronger than before, goodbye.

Yeah but still the only reason Kirito Became his best friend because Asuna( his love) and others weren't there and he was lonely again and was scared when he could meet them again that's when Eugeo Became his best friend and companion in place of Asuna (who was his only companion in Aincrad)in Underworld for 2 yrs as time is accelerated. But again it was really sad when Eugeo was calling Kirito his best friend and his hero when he was dying,even Alice who was super strong with a strong will called him the strongest swordsman she have ever known,I really love Alice and Eugeo

Eugeo is the best friend kirito could have because he is Eugeo. if Kirito saw Eugeo while also being with his other friends, he would still become Best friend with Eugeo. this is VERY CLEAR in the light novels. Eugeo is a very talent person more talented than even Kirito, that's also one of the reasons Kirito felt so comfortable with him. kirito say it himself. Kirito value Asuna and Eugeo above anyone else. he could never be truly close friend with others like Klein or such, since they always take him as "The Hero" the guy who is a pro and can do anything. he hate that, coz he don't believe in that. He remember the times he failed, the people he could not save and the people he had to kill. he don't consider himself any hero but someone guilty who could not do enough. that's his mindset throughout all the series. And Eugeo who never knew about his past and was even more talented than Kirito, made him feel at ease, someone he can count on and someone that don't consider him "The Hero of aincrad" which is nothing but a painful title for him.

@@LuckyPed10 actually you are right,but still it was sad but still he was Kirito's only friend for 2 yrs in Underworld and it was sad when he called Kirito his best and his hero and Kirito really didn't want him to die and he still tries to hold his sword even in coma and he only responded to eugeo's sword and Asuna which is really sad But i want Kirito X Asuna again and for them to work as a duo again. (I haven't read the light novel so I don't know if that will happen,but i want more of their moments)
