My Silica doesn't have a proper weapon. Spent 300 Memory Fragments on weapon draws and only drew 1 R2 dagger not even a R3. Yuuki has her level 40 R4 sword.

yeah I see... but I still think you do fast kill with silica using her buff in the first stage... since it carries throught the boss.... I know the pain to roll for a weapon... I used 300 too on weapon and by luck the last one was a rank 3 dagger... but well... important thing is that you can farm it ^^

Eventually once it goes on sale for PC. The game costs like $90 for PS4 here in Canada and my backlog of JRPG's is too big to justify that cost atm.
