Ive always love the animation for the ability cards in sao vs i cant whait to see how the rest of the animations for the game ar ganna look like when it comes back i hope this helps the game to have a long lifespan cous i don't want it to see it shut down

Yup, those are all SAOVS footage. The initial one with the Gleam Eyes is quite old, from pre-release. The combat was sped up quite a bit. The later ones are from character previews.

As a player, it will feel like an update. But as mentioned in the video, the game is basically being written from the ground up.

Technically, you can play through emulators, if they work. But they are not officially supported and thus can cause you issues or even get you banned.

As mentioned in the original extended maintenance announcement back in September, if you have your account linked, you will have access to everything per usual.

There is a slight chance that if you did not delete the game from your device, the update on relaunch may import your save. But even back during September in their announcement, that was a low likelihood.
