Sword/Wand PVE Tank/Healer | Torture Chamber of Screams Tier 1 | Throne and Liberty

I wanted to clear Tier 1 of the Dimensional Trial for Torture Chamber of Screams. So I joined a group on the party board with my Templar PVE tank build (Sword/Wand). The party leader asked if I could handle healing if we ran with 5 DPS. I said let's give it a go. We 1-shot the boss. It helped that the DPS was competent at mechs and that I had plenty of healing experience running dungeons as a Staff/Wand healer. All of my Sword skills are purple rank 1. I'll level them eventually but for now it's been good enough to successfully tank Valley of Slaughter tier 3 and this TCoS tier 1. I was wondering whether I'd be able to hold aggro and it's been a non-issue. Ditto with mana sustain. where did you go from wot man? I enjoyed the road to unicum without gold ammo. Always surprised to see the non gold ammo used!

@@re2590 I picked up Elder Scrolls Online summer of 2020. I was mostly playing that until 2 months ago. And I played New World for maybe 4 months before I gave up due to the just awful gear progression system. Been playing Throne and Liberty over the past 10 weeks. REALLY enjoying it, surprisingly.

Really solid party. I end up having to 3-4 man this one because of people who don't know mechanics (and not just the zombies unfortunately) Cool part about SnS/Wand is that we can main heal if dps dodges fury attacks.

Yes, the utility of SnS/Wand really can't be understated. Being able to put out meaningful heals while tanking is awesome, and it takes stress off the healer.

I dunno. Was pretty frustrated with the poor game balance and pay-for-advantage mechanics, which I assume are still largely there.
