If you need to contribute more in mf, continue sip don't start swp If you don't want to add money in mf and can sustain with your current income, stop sip don't start swp yet And if your goal is achieved and you need to withdraw from mf every month, stop sip start swp So it is all goal based.

No. Depends on market condition during maturity. That's the catch in this plan. Everything is dependent on the rate of return while receiving monthly income. Even though you will continue to get the same amount, if ROR is less than assumed interest, your principle sum will go down. Besides, he says nothing about taxes. Capital gains tax is hefty for this plan.

In this way all depends upon the nav, if your fund house gives more % than swp %, then your initial investment amount will be increased, on the other hand it can go down if it is reversed, happy investment
