Tbh, the speech wasn't too bad coming from the SW. Until it got to the "EMPIRE! EMPIRE! EMPIRE!" part, at least.

Yeah, kinda feels like the VA could've done another take at least on that one. The VA for Shalim Avesta though in Rise of the Hutt Cartel, that performance is just terrible imho. Redo the whole thing.
