He was a painter. I believe seeing the music he made 'for fun' inspire other graphic artists and works like this would have made him extremely happy and maybe even see his own music in a new and more favorable light :)

Hey that animation was pretty good! - I hadn't thought about this song in years, but I had been playing Warhammer 2 and then 3, Total War, and in it there is a character called "Grombrindal" and he is a Dwarf. I kept thinking, I know I have heard that name before, but I've never known anything about Warhammer tabletop or any of the rest of it. I remembered this song today, from when I was a teenager and we would listen to it, in the 90s. 😊 good memories. It's not the same name, but it must be what was ringing that faint bell.

These animations are beautiful. I was late to the party, only starting to get into early Pink Floyd in about 1974. Later in life I lived in Huntingdon and became familiar with Cambridge, its landmarks and its crazy one way system that forces all traffic North to South.

Not that fond of Barrett's 'wacko jacko' look here but I guess it's accurate for the time. I do really like the emphasis on nature and wildlife. I take it as a nod to Barretts later fondness of gardening. I guess he really was just a cambridge country bumpkin at heart.

I changed the eyes in the animation of Jugband Blues...less Jacko. I also do not like to focus on Syd's drug use, hence I focus on other things Syd was known for: love of nature, love of literature, love of music....
