Embark on an unforgettable journey from the heart of Sydney to the pristine shores of Manly Beach! Join us as we traverse through the bustling streets, iconic landmarks, and breathtaking scenery along this quintessential route.
Our adventure begins at the historic Central Station, a hub of activity and a gateway to the city
Then, we hop on the iconic Sydney Trains, immersing ourselves in the city's efficient and bustling public transportation system. As we glide through the cityscape, we catch glimpses of the Sydney Opera House and the majestic Sydney Harbour Bridge, icons that define the city's skyline.
Arriving at Circular Quay, we board the famous Manly Ferry, a scenic journey across the sparkling waters of Sydney Harbour. Marvel at the panoramic views of the harbor, with the city skyline on one side and the tranquil waters on the other.
As we approach Manly Beach, anticipation builds for the sandy shores and crystal-clear waters awaiting us. Stepping off the ferry, we're greeted by the laid-back atmosphere and surf culture of Manly, with its bustling promenade, surf shops, and charming cafes.
Finally, we arrive at the iconic Manly Beach, a paradise for sun-seekers and water enthusiasts alike. Sink your toes into the golden sand, take a refreshing dip in the ocean, or simply soak in the stunning coastal views.
Join us on this unforgettable journey from Central Station Sydney to Manly Beach, where every moment is filled with excitement, beauty, and adventure. Experience the best of Sydney's urban and coastal charms in one epic voyage! #beach #sydney #australia #vlog

We're now in our late 70's, and have lived our lives in Sydney. Our advice to tourists, especially those with limited time, is to take the ferry to Manly, rather than go to Bondi. You get the ferry ride itself, views as you travel across the Harbour, and then the beach. We prefer the coffee shops and cafes there to those at Bondi

You can walk up to the bridge pass the little village called The Rocks, and go up the steps to the bridge road. Walk along to the first Bridge Pillar, it's a Museum, $10, walk all the way up top. Great View. Lived in Sydney most of my life and didn't know it was there

It’s safest to swim between the flags and the volunteer life savers are patrolling that area. A lot of people that visit Australia’s really popular and iconic beaches don’t know much about the surf and how to spot a riptide or deal with breakers. If you visit Manly beach the trip back on the ferry will give you one of the best views of the city, opera house and bridge. While at the beach consider walking to Shelly Beach. As you face the ocean the walk is to the right along the cliffs. There’s a little beach and some restaurants.
@tayinternational

Here is a tip. Instead of spending a lot of money on a full bridge climb. You go to the top of the bridge pylon (the big pillars either end of the bridge) for just $25 & you get a great view from up there

Couple of things that need correcting in your video. *Manly - Manly is not a Town, it’s a suburb, just one of the 650+ Sydney suburbs in the Metro area, nothing special, just a beachside suburb *Circular Quay - you pronounce Quay wrong, Quay is pronounced Key - Quay = Key *You weren’t on a Hydrofoil, we haven’t had Hydrofoils on Sydney Harbour for decades, it was just a fast catamaran *When you were returning from Manly, you weren’t going back to Sydney, you were going back to the City or CBD (Central Business District), Sydney is not just the City centre, it’s the CBD and all 450+ suburbs that make up the place where approx 5.5 million people live. *The park on the eastern side of the Opera House is not just a ‘park’, it’s the ‘Royal Botanical Gardens Sydney’ *Sydney Harbour Bridge - Yes the bridge climb is expensive, tourist prices, but you can walk across the footpath next to the vehicle deck for free, and you can go up one of the bridge pylon lookouts for around $20-$30 There’s a couple of other things that aren’t accurate either. Anyway......
@Prtyh
@Prtyh 3 ай бұрын
Wow, so nitpicking. If we are going to be fussy about things, city and hydrofoil should not be capitalised LOL. Also the Botanical Gardens is a park, so no problem calling it what it is. Wonder how you would go about reviewing New York?

We get out and about, socialising be it at a mall or out on the street, people everywhere. The US people all sit at home stuffing there faces with takeaway and live life via a keyboard. Look at the malls and shopping districts, deserted. Says it all. Fat is king in the US.
