Take a look at how Zinedine Machach approaches the challenge. Studs up, little control and high speed. The fact that his foot rolled off the ball is irrelevant because the intention/approach to the challenge was already there before the ball was played. Studs, Speed and Control. All were at levels that they shouldn’t be at. Therefore the red card is necessary
