Sydney’s thriving hip hop scene celebrated with 10-year milestone

A celebration of Western Sydney’s thriving hip hop scene - that's the aim of the 4Elements Hip Hop Festival which is marking a milestone 10 years.
‘4 Elements’ or ‘4E’ for short - is based on the four pillars of hip hop culture:
MCing, DJing, breakdance, and graffiti art.
The event dedicated to the preservation and evolution of local hip hop culture.
