1. Healthy, enjoyable morning routine 2. Consistent, structured workout routine 3. Walk more 4. Whole Foods/ high protein 5. Get enough sleep 6. Water 7. Something to maintain accountability for fitness and health 8. Change your mindset (love yourself, show up for yourself, value your health)

My fav vlog yet! This is so so helpful. There are so many things out on the internet telling us what to do or what to eat and it can get so overwhelming. This was exactly what I needed to hear to just reset my mindset and do what works best for us individually!

This is my favorite video of yours yet! I love your honesty and vulnerability about where you started in your journey. It can be so easy to assume all fitness influencers have just always had the bodies and physique that they have now. I can relate to so much in this video. I have a personal trainer because I needed to be accountable to someone otherwise I would find every excuse not to workout. I lose a pound one week and then gain it back the next, which is super frustrating, but I'm starting to notice small changes in my body and I feel so good after a workout. Thank you for sharing your journey with us!

I agree with writing out workouts for the week or split. Definetly helps me stay consistent!! Also would love to see an in depth video on gut health! Plus good gut health foods you eat .

There is such a big difference having 60-70g of protein compared to 100+ (obviously everyone's different)... and I love how you talked about this. When I get 1g/lb of body weight I feel incredible. It matters!!
