I can relate to so much in this video. I have a personal trainer because I needed to be accountable to someone otherwise I would find every excuse not to workout. I lose a pound one week and then gain it back the next, which is super frustrating, but I'm starting to notice small changes in my body and I feel so good after a workout. There is such a big difference having 60-70g of protein compared to 100+ (obviously everyone's different)... and I love how you talked about this. When I get 1g/lb of body weight I feel incredible. It matters!!
