Crushed it. My 14 year old decided that with school restarting, we should get into the habit of appropriate school language by only cursing on weekends. He came downstairs to say good morning as I was starting the second round of shoulder press with an ambitious weight and scolded me for the word I used. I told him that workout words were an exception to his rule. 😂 Have a great day everyone!

I listen to the Bible while I’m getting ready in the morning. Our church is doing a chronological read through the entire year & I love it! I also love lifting weights 💪🏻❤

Hi! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used 1 lb dumbbells but could not even last 12 minutes into the video when my arms completely gave up and my MIL told me to go and rest. My MIL did did the full session with pairs of 20, 25, 30 lb dumbbells!! Her biceps are thick and powerful!! I feel quite low and defeated.

My morning routine is to workout with you and then I do a bible study. I use the Through the Word app. LOVE IT! It explains each chapter of the Bible. I just do one a day. Hope this helps someone!

I skipped the incline press because I can’t incline and didn’t want to do 2 sets of bench press. Maybe don’t put these 2 movements in the same workout in the future.

When I walk I don't listen to anything, I play with my dog. I listen to audiobooks in the car which is a great distraction from crazy traffic and puts me in a good mental state for the day. Speaking of listening, I liked your new playlist today. I liked the inclined presses today and I crushed the ab finisher. Yay me! Great job everyone.

I foolishly thought "30 minutes, easy!" and it was tough! I love listening to "On Being" by Krista Tippet. She interviews people of different backgrounds and always starts with "tell me about your spiritual / religious upbringing."

The toe tapping was real today!! Love a good upper body day. I like to listen to 90’s and early 2000 rap and hip hop music while doing a puzzle. I enjoy the non-screen time and find it relaxing. It’s my go to before bed each night

A little bit of news and then a lot of people sharing their faith journey in this world of ours in a positive and upbeat way. They upload the shows later so I can catch something I didn’t hear totally or if I miss a day. Thank you for all you guys do, Sydney and Dustin. I so appreciate you both!

I have always struggled with falling asleep, and with keeping up with my 2 and 3 year old, I struggle to relax. I stumbled upon smiling mind. A free meditation app. It has helped me fall asleep and I’ll listed to a 10-15 minute mediation during the day to help relax. It’s truly made a difference in my sleep and reduced anxiety and helped my overall well being outside of these amazing Sydney work outs!

Hi! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used 1 lb dumbbells but could not even last 12 minutes into the video when my arms completely gave up and my MIL told me to go and rest. My MIL did did the full session with pairs of 20, 25, 30 lb dumbbells!! Her biceps are thick and powerful!! I feel quite low and defeated.

Thank you Sydney!! I read the Bible every morning and I love that. But something else that helps me keep moving is going to a swing dance class once a week! I love it and it's such good exercise, but I don't even think about that while I'm dancing. It's just fun social time! I also love going for neighborhood walks.

I love listening to the Bananas podcast when I’m walking or when I just want to smile. Two friends (a comedian and a screenwriter, though they do lots of things) share weird news and tell silly stories about their lives. It’s not clean or probably appropriate for younger kids, but they’re goofy and good hearted and truly the best in the biz.
