Crushed it. My 14 year old decided that with school restarting, we should get into the habit of appropriate school language by only cursing on weekends. He came downstairs to say good morning as I was starting the second round of shoulder press with an ambitious weight and scolded me for the word I used. Hi! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used 1 lb dumbbells but could not even last 12 minutes into the video when my arms completely gave up and my MIL told me to go and rest. My MIL did did the full session with pairs of 20, 25, 30 lb dumbbells!! Her biceps are thick and powerful!! I feel quite low and defeated.

When I walk I don't listen to anything, I play with my dog. I listen to audiobooks in the car which is a great distraction from crazy traffic and puts me in a good mental state for the day. I have always struggled with falling asleep, and with keeping up with my 2 and 3 year old, I struggle to relax. I stumbled upon smiling mind. A free meditation app. It has helped me fall asleep and I’ll listed to a 10-15 minute mediation during the day to help relax. It’s truly made a difference in my sleep and reduced anxiety and helped my overall well being outside of these amazing Sydney work outs!

Two friends (a comedian and a screenwriter, though they do lots of things) share weird news and tell silly stories about their lives.
