I crushed this workout after my first day of work at my new job! I needed this workout today because as a tax professional assistant, I was looking at numbers all day. I cannot begin to express my gratitude to Sydney for providing this amazing service to improve our wellbeing and saving us time and money. After going through a number of monthly programs, I still do not know how to deal with soreness and DOMS that prevent me from working out everyday. I need to put a gap of 2-3 days in between to recover despite taking protein shakes and supplements. I can use some advice here on how to accelerate the recovery. Again, thank you so very much!

Crushed it! Managed to keep my focus on my mind/body connection and pushed through. Working out with Sydney has really helped me stay consistent. I have worked out with others in the past for a couple of months then went right back into an unhealthy lifestyle as far as my nutrition and fitness. With Sydney and the Sydney Squad, I have managed to stay consistent for 8 months solid now. There have been so many changes that I can see not only in my body, but also in my mood and mindset. Words cannot express how grateful I am to have ran across this channel.

This workout kicked my butt today. ( I'm doing today's tomorrow). My personal goal is at least 3/4 days a week. I lost 42 pounds two years after I had my daughter thanks to Sydneys videos. So glad i found her video's two years ago. I started working out end of this past June, two months after I had my son. Almost 5 months in and I lost about 14 pounds. I'm losing it abit slower then after my first baby but I pushing on... I'm not giving up. I have learned that goals take time and to not obssess about the numbers so much because I'm still making progress each time I get up and do the workout. I'm gaining strength and confidence and just my overall mental health has changed dramatically. My life has truly changed because of these workouts. I have tried other videos but I'm addicted. Sydney keeps everything fun and interesting. She motivates you and reminds us that we are all stronger then we think. Thank you Sydney ❤

This was one of my faves. Really tested my strength and focus, yet my heart rate was up and I was SWEATINGGGG! I also always appreciate that SC focuses on strength and being proud of yourself, NOT weight loss/ appearance. I'm in ED recovery so the focus on health is sooo awesome and makes moving fun again!!!

Day 21 of 22 DONE! I have been doing this 5 days a week with the 6th day yoga, 7th day rest. I have seen my body change so much in 21 days! It's insane. I have gained muscle, and lost fat. I planned to move to the new plan FOCUS, but I think I'm going to start PUMP over and do it through again! I never get bored with your workouts, and that's saying a lot! Thanks!!

I love Sydney fitness - best out there on You Tube. I’ve been following Dumbbell workouts and Pump workouts . I’ve been using Sydney’s workouts every other day since lockdown began. (March 2020) I started with low weights and have slowly built up. Now the gyms have re- opened I take my phone and use Sydney in the gym. I’ve got talking to others in my gym who are also using Sydney workouts . So I have even made new friends through Sydney workouts as it got us talking, noticing we were using Sydney workouts at the same time :) If I can’t make it to the gym , I can easily use a Sydney workout at home . Sydney’s instruction are clear , she is motivating and also feels the pain at the same time as you do so it is very motivating. I have never given up on a workout. THANK YOU so much Sydney ! 💖
