Sydney has helped me so much in understanding what it means to exercise in a HEALTHY way. Yes! Due to my ED, I thought that only a tough cardio exercise session can ''help'' you, it was all centered around burning those calories. It it still is, I'm in therapy and the process is not linear, but Sydney has helped me sooo much to broaden my way of thinking about workout. Now I know that it has not to be cardio specifically. And there's no need to exaggerate

It's hard to get moving again after being sick, but I usually feel better afterward. I hope you feel better soon, just ease back into exercising, don't push too hard. You'll be back up to where you were soon enough!

Hi Sydney! I found over the last few months when I wanted to try something different from my normal Les Milles workouts. Unfortunately, my dad suddenly passed away in July and your ending monologues have taken on a whole new meaning since then. Your words of motivation, pushing through the tough times, and most importantly "getting through life together" have never hit so deep. I've cried more than once at the end. Your workouts are the moments in which I pause around the chaos and feel the most grief about my dad. The grief (while deeply painful) are also a sign of my love and my memories; I want to heal and one day think about my dad as the wonderful human he was vs the loss of him. Anyway, thank you for doing what you do. I would miss seeing you on the screen if you weren't there. All my blessing and I hope you enjoy a nice holiday with those that you love (even if they are not here).

My depression in 2021 definitely made self care and self worth a real struggle and hearing this sign off tonight that we are all here for a reason and that it's no accident was so rewarding and affirming. Thankyou Sydney and all the people in this wonderful community to being with me through every rep and helping me keep going. May 2022 bring everyone greater strength in whatever areas they need it most.

I LOVED this workout! I loved that there was more work on other leg muscles besides mainly the quads. Leg days are generally my hardest to get psyched for so I have really enjoyed the combo leg and glutes workouts this month...but holy cow!...adding in the other leg muscles and I had SO much fun with this one! Please do more leg routines that incorporate all the leg muscles! ❤️❤️❤️

Loved the variety of exercises and circuit styles! And small win for me: the hamstring curls I used to STRUGGLE to do and usually had to do just one leg at a time. Today I did them with my hips lifted, both legs working at once and I was so proud of myself for that! Thank you Sydney for making me stronger everyday!!

You just have to keep going." I love the idea of failure as a slight detour rather than a fatal end to what we're trying to accomplish. Sydney has completely transformed my view of failure. I no longer fear it, and as a recovering perfectionist that is HUGE for me. How do you view failure? Has it changed by showing up on your mat?

Thank you Sydney for your inspiration .. both mentally and physically! My brother passed away this past Sunday so I really appreciated your words about connecting with others who have lost siblings. I have been doing your workouts on a regular basis in honor of my brother as he was stricken with myasthenia gravis and rapidly last physical capability. Thank you for all you do! I am going to work out on a regular basis because I know from his experience what a blessing it is to be healthy and able to by physically active!

I used a stability ball for the hamstring curls and it worked much better for me. Making them stronger so that I can be better with the sliders!

I needed today’s workout after I had a major step back in my goal of finding a better job. The workout and post workout speech was a reminder that I’m worth it. I have a support system with my 87 year old grandmother and my best friend. I’m also getting help with a staffing company in finding a better job as a tax professional. I hope everyone has a good Thanksgiving and I’ll see you Friday morning for our post-Thanksgiving workout.

Wanted to share that I was following Pump consistently, but took a week off while celebrating Chanukah. Finished this one yesterday, and I FELT SO STRONG 💪 Will be finishing Pump but I'm SO excited to start Focus now! These series are a gift 🎁❤ I am sure sydney does not read most of these comments, but still, thank you for creating your business around sharing these programs for free, i could not do it otherwise.

Sydney, I lost two brothers and I just want you to know What a blessing it was to hear your story and your constant positive messages. Celebrated the 5 year anniversary of one of their passings in October. The only thing that got me through the day was these workouts. Coming up on the other anniversary in December and I’m so thankful I have a workout to look forward to that day instead of just dread. Thank you for all you do.

To be honest I’m wasn’t feeling up to it. But then I remember your words of wisdom and remind myself I am worth it and I’m capable. Okay pushed myself through this I have been struggling with depression and it’s been hard for me to workout on days where I feel hopeless. Then you remind me to keep going and to stay strong. I am nursing my hands and wrist after a cortisone shot that made me worse than before I got the shot. I've had to do bodyweight exercises, and just do whatever it takes to get exercise in. Praying for you to feel better
