Omg you used my “Band Practice” Basement!! You just made my week!!! Thank you so much for all your hard work. This was SUCH a fun idea!! Plot Idea: the couple in trouble are older and have two teens. The parents are in a band and often have friends/bandmates over to hang out. The teens have decided to “start their own band” but really they just wanted a cool hangout place like their parents. The parents thought it was reasonable their teens wanted to start a band so they gave them an unused room in the basement. Now, the teens get to hangout and get up to shenanigans without their parents knowing (even though their parents do know and found it hilarious how hard their kids are trying to hide their bubble blower and it’s actually bringing them together again, hence the Romantic Balcony). The band Pragma first started off as a love child between the lead singer Mandi and the guitarist Eric, the couple had met at university and jokingly said that their love should be immortalised in song. Pragmas other band members were their close friends Phil and Agatha, as the popularity of the band grew, distance began to grow between Mandi and Eric. Mandi wanted to explore a more artistic, folk vibe for their music but Eric argued that they should go in a more emotive and sombre way. The two fought, leaving Phil and Agatha to pick their sides. Of course at this point the band had already signed a five year contract, resulting in Mandi and Eric to draw a line in the sand. Or in this case, their house. Despite wanting different aesthetics for their band Pragma, they tend to live independently from each other. Except for when it comes to who needs to take Mr. Waffles to the vet (their pet cat)

getting the vibe this is two bands, one maybe K-pop inspired rock band and one traditional rock, looking for a place to live with their bandmates and they had to all move together to split the cost in their dream city so they're constantly bickering about music styles until two of them fall in love from different groups and they decide to all start playing together and build the party basement. I guess this is a rocky period for the lovers tho, i'm sure they'll figure it out. Music business can be stressful afterall.

Story: After the tragic death of their parents, the oldest daughter in the family took over responsibility of being the main caretaker of the family. However, she’s not the most… conventional caretaker as she is barely a young adult and so she comes off as eccentric and her being a party animal doesn’t help. Her boyfriend helps throughout the tragedy also being another party animal and they use both the money from her parents will and the boyfriends family wealth. What the girlfriend doesn’t realize is her boyfriend’s family business is actually just a code name for their criminal organization which ultimately drives a wedge into their relationship, but she can’t leave as he’s been a big help in getting a place for her and her siblings after the tragedy. Oh yeah also one of the siblings have a knack for creativity and making things albeit art or sculpting.

The way you tied up this house together was awesome! I would definitely love to see some other similar builds. Maybe even like modifying the rooms a bit? Something like get one aesthetic out of the opposite one, asking everyone to build pastel rooms to get a goth house with minor modifications? That's the only example I could of think right now, but I think you would pull it off for sure!

Love this already and only 4 minutes in. I have a family that is torn right now because one of the wives became a werewolf and the other really got terrified by her turning. This will be a great place to rebuild their deep love for eachother =)

I recently went back and watched some of your old videos and found the whole reality house challenge. I loved that series, it was so different, chaotic, and a bunch of fun! And I am interested in what kind of sims would live here (and I saw some sims in the video).So, IDK if this would be something you'd want to do, but maybe a band storyline? Can you successfully be a band and romance two angry sims with minimal influence when they couldn't be farther apart in personality with rags-to-riches undertones? Either way, I love these videos because you have an amazing eye for detail and design!

10:55 honestly "The broken lovers" sound like a pretty band name. And there are music genres that connect some interesting music themes like dark circus, folk metal etc. So it fits I think. About your plant hun, you're over watering it! Killing it softly with too much love lol ❤ I did that when i was younger and see so many ppl do the same. You could give it rootrot. Let them totally dry out before watering again so rot/ fungus doesn't love eating its roots and even more! And of course, great video 😊

A large group of teenagers and young adults were all in a band(let’s call them pop), and they all decided and agreed on getting a house. They found a house that fit exactly what they were looking for but the house was a shared home. The house was an old Bowling alley and arcade that eventually got renovated into a shared complex. They moved into the house and as they were moving stuff into the house they found out that the people they were sharing the complex with was also a band(let’s call them rock). Each band had two very different aesthetics. Rock decided to help pop move all of their stuff in. As rock was helping pop move in two members became fairly close than the others(Bri and Ace). Bri and ace became best friends and eventually became lovers. They decided to share a room together. But as time progressed, their differences got in the way of their relationship. They started fighting and arguing a lot, and they eventually broke it off. There were no other rooms they could move into so they had to continue sharing rooms. Bri eventually found out she was lesbian and got a girlfriend. While Ace on the other hand was still healing from the breakup. As Ace was still grieving and Bri was happy with her girlfriend they decided to try and atleast become friends. They are in the process of figuring things out but things between them still aren’t the greatest.
