I have the same issues with sweat! But I swear by Glytone’s back acne and chest spray, it’s life changing! I do recommend holding your breath for a few secs after you spray it- it’s pretty strong but so worth it. They also have a body wash treatment as well and it’s also amazing!

Try Panoxyl for back acne! I have the same problem, I also use it on my arm pits. It kills the bacteria. I just put it on in the shower and rinse. I also use it on my face due to fungal acne.

Have you ever tried experimenting with using one of those face cleansing towelettes on your back for instances when you're not close enough to home to take a shower after mucho sweating? Or would that not quite work b/c your back would still be wet (even after a pat down--and by the time you've found a bathroom to take care of a sweaty back, ya might as well have gone back to your apt)?
