For me, this is the BEST singing performance on any talent show---Ever! I think this is season 17 of BGT, and no female singer had ever won; then along came Sydnie---Humble, self-deprecating, incredibly funny, and a Massive Talent. She is the total package. A voice for the ages.

Check Loren Allred performance in AGT last year. She sing "Over the rainbow" and it's the song version Sydnie used in her final performance in BGT. You have to know that Loren Allred herself helped Sydnie to prepare for the final, as Sydnie said in her last interview (where she said that Loren is her idol). I really cannot say wich version is better between Loren and Sydnie (kzbin.info/www/bejne/inW3iHp-i8mlras)

@@riccardocoletta2398 I did hear Loren's performance when she appeared on AGT. It was Absolutely Wonderful. Her tone is Beautiful and she is a master of vocal technique. But for me, Sydnie's performance has more Feeling, and gets a greater emotional response from the listener. But that's just me, and someone else might see if quite different.

@@wajj1842 I didn't wrote "it's the same", I wrote "it's based on". It's not MY opinion, it's what Sydnie said in the interview in the TV show "On This Morning". She said that her version was prepared with BGT vocal coach, based on Loren Allred version... Lorem herself (she's Sydnie idol) helped in building that version to make it fit better on Sydnie. And I can understand that someone can like one more than the otheer... Personally I cannot say wich is better... it probably depends on my mood

@@riccardocoletta2398 I love both of them equally. Loren is going to be performing with Andrea Bocelli in London on July 5th. I’m hoping she and Sydnie get together while she’s there.

What stunning vocal dynamics! What remarkable stage presence - the self-assured bearing and stance, the expressive eyes, the theatrical gestures punctuated by that assertive finger-pointing towards the end. And how powerful the emotional impact of it all! Every aspect of Sydnie and her performance here is, for me, perfection writ large, and the package as a whole supreme and utterly irresistible.

It's true this performance is arguably the best of the three, but emotionally I attach more to her rendition of Tomorrow. It also has that dramatic build-up, but in Tomorrow it's like watching a beautiful flower unfold, almost covered in darkness at first, but slowly bursting into brilliant color by the end. The arrangement she sang was performed by Marisha Wallace as we were all coming out of the pandemic, and so for me it has this heroic backdrop of a time when we all pulled together and fought our way through to a 'tomorrow' we thought might never come. I especially love the song's 'third act', that final stage where she cuts loose into a full celebration of the promise of tomorrow, boundless energy, wild, rough at the edges, but pure and deep and powerful, ending softly with a gentle reminder of what makes it all worthwhile, the love we have for each other. I watch her perform this almost as a ritual, a daily ceremony reminding me, whatever is happening in our lives, we will get through this, and tomorrow will be better and brighter and worth waiting for.

I love her so much. Humble, talented but I worry she's fading. I've heard no news about her other than she's going to spend her money on a vocal coach - which is always good - but also training to be a personal trainer. Asking for opportunities. I really hope she gets work and cuts an album too. I think she really needs an agent to manage her.

She appeared at West End Live in London singing Tomorrow last Sunday, you can find it on KZbin. She has been having interviews and meetings etc, I think she is now with one of the top agency's, she is the absolute best, musically and personality wise.

I know she’s lined up for the royal variety show but that’s not until November if googles right . I think she needs to have some time to take what’s happened in and not burn herself out . To many artists make a major impact and then fade into the distance , Sydnie needs to go at the right pace and be around for everyone to enjoy her talent.

@@JackKirbyFan there is never any need to be rude or horrible about anyone if you haven't got anything nice to say you shouldn't say anything,people should try and build people up not knock them down but unfortunately we live in a world that thinks they can say anything without thinking of the hurt they cause. I think Sydnie appeals to anyone who wants to see some real joy, love and kindness and happiness in a person aswell as being an amazing singer who moves you when she sings.

Simon wasn’t thrilled with the rendition. He is the producer and signaled the team to do the agreed scenography.
@Mirrorgirl4927 ай бұрын
So, giving Sydnie an 11, was Simon not liking the rendition, okay if you say so. Now as to this performance, it is my understanding that Sydnie worked with the Production Crew and musical team to create the best musical, vocal and staging, possible,. I think you may be wrong on all counts here.
@henrique_farinha7 ай бұрын
@@Mirrorgirl492, he is always a professional during a rendition, when he is the producer. Afterwards he acts in a different role, as a judge, when he can be more emotional. And take a look at the final. By the end of the rendition, he rises his right arm and uses a remote control in his hand in order to go on with a special effect. It has no relation with any emotional reaction. It is just a question of paying attention in more than only the crowd screaming, the artist singing or the judges talking. 😉
@vickiego16 ай бұрын
@@henrique_farinha This is the most ridiculous comment I’ve ever read. You obviously know nothing about what goes into a production. Everything you saw was already planned and rehearsed. The lighting team has to rehearse it with the artist so they know how to program the board to match her vocals. Simon doesn’t use a remote control to start it. 🙄 He was just reacting to the song, Bruno raised his arms in a similar manner, at the same time.
