Where does one find out how much to torque anything down to, with a torque wrench?

Hey man 👋. What gear oil for rear end do you use in 1993 yj jeep wrangler? What transmission fluid do you uses for Manuel 5 speed straight 6 4.0 engine 93 yj? Need to clean mine up! Like all your shows thanks man!!!
