We've already seen MC have visions of the final cutscene here in the current main story, which would make the most sense if she was recalling her past life. And we see her tie their souls together, which explains how Sylus would reincarnate if this took place in the past

Even the card memory, in which MC hears Sylus, plays the organ she feels as if she has heard the song somewhere, as if someone had taught it to her in the past, as if she justs knows it instinctively despite having no memories of it. But SYlus does. In the earth timeline.

this story was simply beautiful, connecting many key points with the game's main story while containing a fair share of information in the form of folklore, following the famous saying ''legends were created from a weak truth'' that just shows the amount of dedication of the devs and writers who make this game, which is honestly comforting since most of the otome games I've played in the past were all ''build a harem of handsome men'' with no real meaning or lore behind it bonus point: the scene where the MC talks about 'dancing alone a dance made for two', I remembered the final scene of the movie Monster House where Mr. Horace dances with the projection of Constance's soul one last time before she leaves honestly I cried in one day what I would normally cry in a week, thank you very much Lavender, bless you my friend

Their past and present life is parallel . Tarus city equivalent to N109 zone where the fiend roams around. Mc a hunter, righteous citizen of Linkon city just like she was in Ivory city. Onychinus's base is the dragon's lair. She made a deal with the fiend in her past and she did the same with present Sylus. Also In immobilized Sylus asked her when the time comes if she'll stay by his side without the linkage. Mc worried about him being caught.

i almost never cry with games, movies or tv shows but this hit me on another level. i still know this is a past life and that they are together now but the myth itself is so well described and pictured, almost book-like, that it really pierced right through my soul. the pain that they suffered was so intense i cannot bare even imagining it. i knew from the beggining i would cry like a kitty after watching it, and i did both when sylus almost died and at the ending. this myth also proofs that sylus remembers his past life, like in continuous symphony (he tells mc she never played the full song, just like in here) and in the main story when he said "that life you owe me, now's not the time to repay it" (after mc had the vision of her past life). i adored it but it made my eyes swollen, 10/10 ♡

I really loved this story, it had the same vibes as Long Awaited Revelry and Midnight Stealth with the feeling of being trapped, the back and forth rivalry, and eventual development of affection. Just with a nice sprinkle of humanity’s vices and their shared hatred towards it. In the end she grows her own horns and tail and resurrects(?) Sylus with her “curse”. Basically giving a perfect backstory to the costume and companion. I really wish the MC was voiced, it would’ve made this even more enjoyable.

I thought she wanted to prevent that from happening, she said 'i want to save the dragon' but in the end she kills him anyways - which proves that fate was inevitable.

Yeah but it leaves me thinking that he can never kill/hurt her because the sword always defends her, which means that he is the only one that can die. At the end of the story it doesn't seem like he wants to hurt her, he grasps her hand and forces her to resonate with him, for the sword to pierce him. Dying is not suffering, but living a lifetime/multiple lifetimes grieving for your beloved is a true pain that one suffers, which probably that's why she doesn't remember those past lifetimes, she pushed them at the back of her mind to be able to just 'live'.

My english is bad, but I'll try to describe my theory, don't judge me pleeeease So, every time when the sword appeared in her hands, it looked like we resonated with him. And at her last attempt Sylus literally forced her to resonate with him to summon the sword right in his chest. Does that mean that in current timeline Sylus just wants to die? He actually kidnapped MC to force her to resonate with him, and then he literally gave her a gun and shoot himself with her hands. So actually he just hoped that MC will kill him forever, because according to her curse at the end of myths she's the only one who can kill him. And that explains why she sees flashbacks all the time, especially at the end of main story, when she exactly resonates with him. Buuut... Remember this look on his face, when he found out why MC can't resonate with him? We tried to guess why he's so upset, I mean, after three days he obviously already understands that MC despises him. But actually, it's not just sorrow - he understands that MC will be able to kill him only when she'll love him. Both times when MC injured him with the sword it was an accident. And now Sylus have to live with the fact that he have to break MC's heart if he want to die. I have to reread the main story again... That hurts. A lot.

Now that I've read the comments, some of which are funny, I feel a bit better. Still empty, hollow inside but a bit better. After watching all the stories, I feel that this one is the most tragic. The ending when he plunged the sword all the way in shocked me and made me realise that somewhere along this journey with him I have fallen for him despite my resistance and the fact that he chose to use the name given by his beloved after all this time proved to me that his feelings are sincere and shattered my doubts about his motives for good… forever. 🥺💓 P.S.: I also feel that she/we became a dragon like Sylus was because the body that contained the other halves of our souls was destroyed so all the halves reunited inside of her/us and remained together in that body until she/we also died. 🤔

If you're still having trouble, I recommend going into your device's settings and turning off microphone access for Love and Deepspace. It will let you tap and hold for that part instead of blowing into the mic. I was having the same issue and that worked for me.
