I remember reading an interview with Stallone where he said how much harder it was to stay in shape at 30. You get stiff and need more time to recover than when you were 18, for example. And that was over 40 years ago!

Human Growth Hormone. I think he busted in Australia with a few years ago. (google for more info) He's on testosterone and was on other steroids too earlier, you can tell by the traps and shoulder striations especially when older. Those are steroid giveaways (don't ask me how I know :) notice how he didn't have those when younger and his natural testosterone levels were at thier peak. He can maintain being ripped even in 40s, 50s, 60s from all the anabolics and growth hormone. So he's basically a long time roid user which I have no problem with.
