Just sew some elastic inside your waist band invisible permanent altering two slits thread elastic attach at one slit pull till as tight as you want secure other end at the other slit you made you can sew up the slits or leave them doesn't matter it's on the inside of the waistband and you don't have to redo it every time you wear the item works with jeans too the back waistband not at the front
