Hey for crappy tools Quinn did a great job!! 😂😂 You said it first! Taking care of a pool is a lot of physical work. Your family is blessed to have you do that for them. Glad you are preparing to make a Will, very important to have. So is a Living Will, so everyone knows what you want done in case you can't talk for yourself. Hope the rain lets up and the visit from the bank goes well. (wondered who that lady was) Love you guys! 💜💜

It’s a chore, but, you need a Will to protect your assets and family. Not gonna lecture, everybody else is, lol. That Quinn is adorable, he tries to help. Love his attitude and willingness to do chores. So excited for the possibility of Solar, that would really help with utilities, can’t imagine your electric bills! 💕

100% make the Will and POAs a high priority. Everyone needs them but especially with kids, assets etc. If something happens it is a total pain with the legal system if you don’t have them in place. My mom died at 47 and I was so thankful she left a Will and other instructions for us. So even with no kids and only being at age 40, I still have those docs ready…worth the time when it gives you a say in what happens!

Thanks Aaron. Yes, you need to get a will! I always hated opening/closing a pool, so much work and cost involved. Website looks great, thank you Liz! Quinn did a good job on the lawn all things considered 😅. It will be interesting to hear about going solar, I hope it works out for you. Have a great day ❤😊😊

While shocking and adding algaecide is effective in getting rid of algae, it should not be done together. This is because when you mix chlorine and algaecide together, it renders both of them useless. Hence, you should first shock the pool and wait for the chlorine levels to fall below 5 PPM

I hope the solar power works out for you. Are you done with the power company as soon as solar is installed? Your cost is ridiculous! Quinnie did great for 11 years old! He tries so hard and learns so much from you! Go Quinnie! (Tina, is that one of your birds nesting on the front door camera?(

Hi Aaron, I understand nobody really wants to think about it, but it's a necessary evil. I hope you do get around to doing your Will. Besides a Will, think about making general and medical powers of attorney and a living will. Never too soon, you can always change them to add or take away certain items at a later date. There is also a MOLST order in your state, (MOST orders here in CO) letting medical personnel know what your life-sustaining wishes are.
