Symfony messenger makes this task easy. I like it very much! The most interesting part for me is deploying on production. How to set up, monitor and manage those workers there.

In production we monitor using data dog and have message queue alerts....but it's not straight forward. The better you plan for different kinds of failures, the easier your life will be.
