Hybrids are a go to for me. On house shots I typically can't really throw solids and the pearls turn a tiny bit too late. I really lean on hybrids that will turn a little earlier and still shape off the back of the pattern. Great video!

That makes sense- I’d say hybrids are better on our house pattern also! Thank you!

It depends what's the surface finish. Of course the smaller the number the abralon finish, the earlier it hooks. Also it depends on the mapping layout and the PAP of the individuals since all of us do not have the same PAP. RG & Diff would be used as guidance along with ideal but still, it depends on the surface finish, our style of play and the mapping layout. Hybrid also varies depending on the surface like some comes with polish and some look sanded. Hence of course like you showed here, sanded tends to have earlier backend compared to polished.

Yes, agreed. I think I forgot to mention all of these are drilled the same- my typical layout!

@@bowlwithVALue Whoa, like mine, whatever balls I have, I have different layout to tackle different conditions. I wouldn't have the same layout for the others

A video on how you change your release for more or less tilt would be useful. I'm looking forward to that.

@@bowlwithVALue Oh thanks! I didn't realise you had one. Ooops!. I'll check it out.

@@bowlwithVALue Oh wait, I just realised I have watched that video. My problem is the opposite. My tilt is low, so the ball almost always reads early, especially since I usually bowl house shots with less oil.

Great videos!! How about a comparison of each Brunswick brand heavy oil piece, i.e. Criterion, Pure Envy, Mesmerize, etc.?
@bowlwithVALue9 күн бұрын
Ooo, sounds good! I don’t have the criterion but might be able to get it. Thanks!

Landed on the Track Stealth Hybrid, and that ball is the first out of the bag for me now. I know exactly what it’s going to do especially when it transitions. Such a great piece.

That’s a good one!

That troublemaker gives me problems when the heads start drying up and it just dont hold the line. I have to keep moving left or use a cleaner piece like the scorpion strike.
@bowlwithVALue9 күн бұрын
Makes sense! I experience the same. It’s gritty!

@ when you see this do you automatically adjust right away looking for more oil or get trapped into thinking tou have to executing better?

I love hybrids but I 2nd that they are not the same. Widow 2.0 & Defender hit different. Hazmat/Vibe/Low Flair/ Raw all hit different granted different strengths but are still great. 3 of 5 of my arsenal are hybrid.

I’ll write it down and see what I can come up with, thanks!
