Dude you have great distribution. If there is a thing you can imorove that would be your low dives. Great goalkeeper however. I am a goalkeeper as well. Was actually. This was my final season and we actually reached top 32 teams of the country. Quitting to devote my time into studying. Should I continue after a year or two or not? Would love to hear your opinion

Hi Antonis, thank you. Yes, it was a difficult session for low saves due to the hard ground, but definitely something to work on! It's completely up to you. Is it something that you would like to do? If so, keep going and enjoying it. If not, then good luck with your studies!

Hi Con im from Portugal and you are one of my favorite goalkeepers and i would like to know what type of gym exercises you think are the better ones to improve my shot power because i need that to put the balls quicker Continue your hard work!

Hi Eduardo! Thank you very much for the message, that's very kind of you. Leg strength definitely comes as you get older, but body weight work/jumps/plyometrics can help. I'll be releasing a lower body gym workout video soon, so hopefully that should help you!

Im a goalkeeper myself connor (17) , i play regularly for my sunday league team and i’m hoping to progress further as a goalie. Any tips on how to actually improve kicking from the ground with your weaker foot. Genuinely i dont know how to even use my weaker foot and i struggle to even get some air with it. Great video as always by the way , they motivate me 👍🏻😃

Thanks Mark! I'd say go and watch the distribution tutorial I did, I talk a lot about how to improve your weak foot. Focus on getting the technique right first before you worry about distance, as that will come with time. But be patient & keep practising!

Any leg strengthening exercises will help, but power/plyometric work is very good too. I'll hopefully make a lower body gym workout video for goalkeepers very soon, so hopefully that should help!

Try and work on it in training. When you get in scenarios like that in training, focus on the pass, and then the more you practice like that, the easier it will become in games

Hi Marcus! Lots of practice, that's the key. Repetition. Don't worry about distance, instead focus on getting the technique right, then slowly build up the distance.
