Great video everything proven people are getting there VCR mode switch clean out at a tv repair shop now days everything proven people don't keep there mode switch clean out like they should there VCR player itself stops playing or sometimes it starts eat tapes or sometimes it doesn't let tape go in

Hello. I just picked up one of these in a garage sale and my idea was to convert videos on my computer to VHS. I have a DVD/VHS player and DVD burner. I burn a video to my DVD. Take the DVD and place it into the player, but I the video doesn’t play? I have two sets of cables: one that is red and white and another set with red/green/blue. I just have the yellow/white ports on the TV’s front, none on the back. I tried using the red/white cable (red in video, white in audio). Any ideas? Do I need a new yellow/white composite cable? Is this TV not compatible with a VCR? Any help would be great

Hi, does this tv make that high pitch buzzing sound when you play a vhs tape? I think it’s called flyback noise and a lot of old vcr tvs have them. I’m trying to look for one that doesn’t 😅

I don't recall. I gave this particular model to a friend, and he ended up losing it whilst moving to another town. Smh...
