The part you explain 3:10 to 4:41, I really have some trouble to reproduce these E notes palm muted on the E-string alternating between NOT palm muted 77, 66, 55 on the A- and D-strings. Does anybody has a piece of advice to achieve that consistently?

4:55 the harmony guitar was removed or mixed way down on the 2004 remaster, it's audible in the original mix (& 2012 20th anniversary cd). Which drives me nuts, because otherwise the 2004 one sounded better. Not sure why Dave did that, it irritates me the same as George Lucas altering the old Star Wars movies did.
