Small correction, technically if you want to min max you shouldn't put all the notes in the mallet since infested do get staggered by the damage and they get to attack the mallet less so it's a bit of a damage loss. I personally go for one quater of the notes fileld on infested missions.

That's true, although I almost never use her against infested because those pesky toxin clouds get me everytime 😭

I recommend subsuming silence on her 2nd ability if you want to have a really comfy setup. Say no to all those pesky eximus abilites and acolyte nonsense like violences... silence. You cant get silenced if they cant cast silence.

y Know no one plays Octavia because every one hates crouching on beat. it is even worse when y have bad ping. Warframe should really try improving connection issues. Also octavia dies if y are not in stealth. If y can't even get in to stealth it is worse. For me Octavia is most S frame. It is good frame but metronomes timings are too tight for ppl with high ping. i have allways like 200ms this makes my steath allways break. Quastion is not if stealth break but when stealth breaks if y cant even keep it up then y are dead. So it is not that O is strong that ppl do not play it is is because it is s to play for most players that have high ping, that DE has done nothing about.

I agree with the ping issue, it's a bit annoying. The problem lies with DE not having dedicated server and using a "host" system that let's player host the mission, which can lead to ping problems. I hope one day they will upgrade to actual servers so you can choose a region (like EU or America) and play there with very low ping... Also to fix that I usually use songs with a lot of notes so it's easier to spam crouch and get the buffs!

couldn't you set your region now and decide on the acceptable ping to join? I've played Warframe from Philippines, Singapore, Japan, and now Canada and never really had ping issues as long as the connection was stable. Have you guys tried lowering visuals? I recall back in 2013 that bloom made everyone disconnect which was insanely frustrating for 3 hour void runs.

Yes you can but you're still at the mercy of the host. I had to play with 700 ping once and it was just a host problem. But yes you're right:you can try with different regions and also lower your settings!
