I'm about 1 hrs into this and the too long takeaways- is wider cuffs work better regardless of what material they are made of amount of pressure is relative to the user- Human Growth Hormone increased even in 70 year old patients The exact mechanism is not known Intracellular pressure, or Lactic acid build up or both?...Blood pressure does increase during training moreso in older people The Hormone cascade peaks about 15 minutes after removing the cuff Strength and Hypertrophy gains were seen in as little as 5 sessions One study showed no difference between BFR and control group Muscle" stem cells" increased 170 to 300 % in one study These are long presentations and the speakers are measured and cautious, but every one believes more research needs to be done in order to better understand why BFR works

What bands are the best? They mention to use wide bands.

@@MrApaHotel WAS IT THAT BAD? It does hurt abit and they say the bigger arms or legs the more you need to cut off circulation.
