Does it have a fuse and where’s it located? 15 Ford Fusion. I put in new sensor and still not working . I checked pigtail with test light connecting clamp end to frame of car the sharp end to inside of the pigtail. It didn’t light up

I have a 2011 grand marquis. I did the EATC test on it and it's giving me a dtc code 42. All data on a KZbin video says outdoor ambient temperature sensor. Im trying to locate it now. Do u suggest to replace or look for frail or pinched wires first?

I just bought a 2015 Chevy silverado 2500hd and it is displaying a constant -40 no matter what the temp is outside. The air temp has been in the mid 70s to mid 80s since I purchased the truck 2 weeks ago. I am not sure if it is a sensor issue or something in the main computer hmi since the display is on the touchscreen radio

My mom's old 2006 Dodge Caravan A/C will work only when the temp gauge rises past mid point. As soon as it goes below midpoint it'll stop blowing cool air. Can this be a faulty ambient sensor?

Could this be why my compressor in 2011 Highlander shuts off at idle but works fine when at 1500 rpm or above? It is charged to the correct pressure and does not have a leak

What if it's unplug? My ac turn of for long period and i notice no reading for the ambient sensor and no sensor on the car...it a 2009 pontiac vibe 2.4.

Help if you can 14 Silverado AC has a mind of its own. Compressor is working no blow fuses,no leaks and pressure high and low side are within range according to the chart for outside temp and humidity. I replaced ac relay because I thought it was going bad. Could this possibly be the prime suspect before I take it to a shop. Thanks for any advice

So it flooded here and while driving the water ripped off my temp sensor and the part that clicks in to the sensor looks kinda messed up. How to I replace the plug?

Aftermarket connector or a used connector from the junk yard. The connector consists of two or three wires. Use butt connectors to connect it to existing wires.
