Another sign is Restriction. If your nose is suddenly stuffy, your lips are dry... The body is CONSERVING the water it already has.. And restricting access to certain areas of the body...

I usually do pretty well, getting around 70-80ozs of Berkey filtered water a day. But I stopped tracking and fell behind. I believe it has caused dry skin, muscle fatigue, and elevated heart rate. (sigh) I need to start tracking again. I still drink probably 50-60ozs a day, but that's really not enough.

I used to have a "water tracker" app on my phone to keep track of how much water I was drinking and also it has throughout the day to drink water. Guess I need to start using that again.

Most foods have plenty of water inside them, and when they don't we down then with a drink. But almonds? If you had 10 cups of plain water on top of everything, you'd be pinned to the toilet. You don't want to do a #1 when out on an errand without a private place, especially if you are female. Urine should not be clear; that is a sign of too much drinking, and you lose water soluble stuffs. One week without is about the limit. I just completed a dry fast of this duration. I'd say not foggy mind, but restlessness and inability to concentrate on one task. And increased force of hearbeats that shake the bed and make the vision pulsate.
