No I think ashe ults hitbox is just dumb. It happens all the time that the tip of the arrow is way past the target but it still decides that it actually did hit

That's just Ashe R hitbox being stupidly big, your champion hitbox don't change during animations (even during jumps such as Tristana or Kha'Zix). "elevation" only occurs for skillshots when they're launched from the river to the lane/jungle, or from the jungle/lane into the river, because the river is slightly "below" the ground, desyncing skillshots animation from their hitbox when it occurs (but in that clip that wasn't the case because both Ashe and Teemo were on the same altitude).
