@@zack1138 bruh, mistwalker themselves claimed they don't want to do anything like a remake, it's not on just microsoft, they've been known to still port and get stuff modernized if they feel like the creators want to do such a project and internal staff want to see it too, just look up something like phantom dust. That game sold only around 50k copies, lost odyssey sold around close to a million copies but no such passion to rez it is there.

This reminds me of Boss Scene 2 of FF2. It's so classic Uematsu. I'm on Disc 4 playing this classic and doing all the side Quests and I don't want it to end. It's such a hidden gem.

ive been playing this in 2008 on my old 360 arcade now the drive is loud and wont reconise disc anymore bought a xbox serie S and cannot use my disc anymore this game was so exceptional and i want to support so much this type of game(turned based RPG with F@@king good and epic soundtrack) who is amazingly rare nowadays that i bought it again digital version THIS TYPE OF PASSION FOR MAKING A GREAT TURNED BASED RPG GAME LIKE THIS IS DYING MAKE MORE AAA GAMES LIKE THIS THIS IS WHAT WE STILL WANT!!!!

Lost Odyssey is one of the backward-compatible games for Xbox One and Series X/S. Those games do not run directly from discs. A repackaged form of the game is downloaded automatically when a supported game is inserted. If the game is installed using physical media, the disc is still required for validation purposes though.
