Me and my hubby have this... He's Mars in Aqua and I'm Mars in Leo... He think I'm too forceful and impulsive.... And I think he always need to "think" things through... But it works for us because sometimes in certain situations you need the brain(him) more than the aggression (me)....

Have that with my boyfriend. Exact. There has been some crazy times I’ll say that. But sexy as well. It is Leo/Scorpio square. The Leo in conjunction to his sun the Scorpio mars is mine & exactly falling into my 7th house & on his progressed Venus... & lots of exact oppositions/squares n Taurus to all of this....

mars-mars aspect in synastry is interesting.. i have this aspect with 2 different women, yes, there is always tension, the other one is opposition and the other is square, there is this weird attraction that i can't put my finger on, what i can say is they both wreaked my type in women, totally not my usual body type but every time i see them specially the woman whom i have mars square mars with that i don't mind having an only sexual relationship with her, and this came from a person who hates one night stand and only interested in serious relationship.. not mesmerizing and hypnotizing neptune kind of attraction that i always attract in my life but purely physical, this is a weird aspect for me yet very fascinating

Thanks. I just repaired a relationship I initially ended because of this opposition. My mars is in a water sign which IMO is just as volatile as fire. Thankfully the earth mars was level headed enough to accept my apology.

I have this aspect with my tf; his mars is in aries (my ascendant) and mine is in libra (i’m pretty sure his ascendant), and even without communicate, i have this awfull feeling she considere me as his ennemi. When i only wished us to be a team! That’s how i always saw a couple (specially in this kind of path that’s primordial!)... Imo it is intense in Scorpio and Taurus because of their own energies, Scorpio ruled by Pluto and mars, and Taurus ruled by Venus. Also I say this by my own experience, I’m Taurus mars and one guy that’s obsessed with me is a scorpio mars.

i have mars in virgo, and this guy has it in pisces - i am not sure who would approach who, neither is very assertive. we were sitting in the same room, and honestly i felt his mars activated, he is very serious and proud looking man (capricorn) and then when we talked he looked almost shy, and made a joke about something, then he kept quiet . My mars is a cold bitch virgo, i think pisces mars needs better reaction than polite smile and smart ass answer.

Yeah its in different sign it means its not really opposite sign its basically 150° instead of 180° if you think about it as each sign is 30° instead of just going by the degrees go by the sign

Yes all the time. Synastry does not dictate what your eyes see. BUT if you are visually attracted to them and pursue the connection then you'll notice the quirks in their personality as such. If you are not attracted to them Mars simply shows how the assert themselves and how easy or challenging it is to deal with them.
