WOW! You are right on! I have this aspect with the guy I am dating right now " You are admiring yourself because you think the other person is admiring you." I am venus and he compliments me so much and I love it. It lifts my self esteem. I think I boost his ego as well with certain things I say as well. You are right, if the relationship was based off this one aspect it wouldn't be ideal because it is superficial and egos aren't good. I think it has its pros and cons. Its power of ego... I’m really trying to figure this out. There is a guy who is obsessed with me and it’s a one sided attraction so I am trying to figure out what aspects are causing the attraction and what’s causing it for me not to reciprocate the attraction back. I am the Sun person and he is the Venus person.

lmao accurate. I notice myself playing up a caricature sometimes and think, I really don't have to do that.. It feels fun and light though because I don't feel like I actually have to worry about not being accepted. I'll look out for it in my partner, he's the Sun here. We have a very deep relationship but thinking back I've sensed this aspect almost getting in the way sometimes of appreciating deeper than how fRIGGEN GORGEOUS I feel like I'm missing things so don't mind me still wrapping my head around it. It's not true. The sun person loves the Venus, however, Venus is inconsiderate and selfish. Example Venus is two timing and the Sun person wouldn't take the bullshit even though the Sun reciprocates the feelings.

@@malihaazure145 The Venus wants what she wants, and she wants it now( a form of lust but more like instant gratification)! The Sun has other priorities that might be for the good of the relationship in the long term but cannot satisfy the Venus with instant gratification. Ex - Sun works long hours because he's trying to create financial stability for himself, and his Venus therefore can't spend the type of quality time that Venus would like. Venus pouts and plays mind games to get his attention. Sun can't give in to the games because he knows that his goal of financial stability is for the good of both of them. He remains firm and resentful because "can't she see I'm doing this for the both of us?". She remains frustrated. Then vicious cycle occurs. Both seeing the other as selfish. They both need a large dose of maturity and compromise if they are going to make their relationship work.

yes in vedic these 2 are enemies and in western they are quite different-hot and dry vs cool and moist or something like that. day planet vs night planet. masculine vs. feminine. a harmonious aspect would benefit them more whereas if it were sun square jupiter isnt so bad. or venus square moon is not so bad.

I was married to someone whose Venus squared my Sun. Ugggg. I was not attracted to him at all! I was so happy when I divorced this person that I got drunk out of happiness. But I was young. Didn't know a lot about astrology back then. Plus, he has Pisces rising opposing my Venus, Uranus, and Pluto. So glad that is over! I am highly attracted to Virgos. ​@@Supported32320 the great benefic jupiter aspecting the sun. the square is not minor, what is your reference to this?. also depends which houses the sun rules, in some cases it might work, like if the sun rules the 8th 6th or 12th venus wont like the bad things and may be a help in eliminating them through her fussiness(incorporating vedic here).
