It doesnt came to me very easy yesterday when I tried it out , either the pics doesnt appear on the timeline when I automated to sequence, or there are gaps between each frame . Tried many way to figure out the problems but failed. Then I started a new project just now and the problems were just gone. This is really cool

If you set it to 'sequentially' instead of 'at numbered markers' you can just select all the ones you want to be one frame long and change 'use in/out range' to 'frames per still: 1' and then repeat the process but change it to 'frames per still:2' and then 3 and then you don't have to make all those markers

AMAZING VIDEO. Thank you. At 6:22 rather than right clicking the photo and scaling it couldn't she just put all of the photos in one nested clip and then scale the one nested clip to get rid of the black bars? Just a thought. Thanks again for the video.

Yes! You could do that too. :-) it is a faster solution than copying and pasting attributes in this particular case. Good reminder! 🎉

Great tutorial! I have one question. When I try to reorder clips and still images inside the bin (in icon view), they don't snap to the grid or allow me to reorder them. I can stack them on top of one another freely but I don't think it's actually changing the order for when I want to automate to sequence. Any pointers? EDIT: I fIgured it out. It's 'User Order' under 'Sort Icons'.

Hi Gal! What a cool idea! Thanks for this video. I'll be trying it out on a new project soon... Looking forward to your keyboard! Will they be numbered? I was wondering about the "Sponge Bob" Time Card. I've read various instances where it may be used and where it may not be used and I would like to know where you got it from so I can purchase and use it in my videos too.

What if you right click the top of the timeline and click "Show Audio Time Units"? That way you can advance at a way more granular level than just frame by frame.
@PremiereGal Жыл бұрын
thats good if you need to align the audio levels at a granular level, but visual layers cannot move that way, only frame by frame

This is awesome, is the plug-in free? Can we use the assets for free with Adobe membership? Reminds me of clipchamp. You can use storyblocks assets with paid membership, the plug-in is very similar. I remember asking Adobe to add this to premiere and rush.

First of all, love what you do. Share your tips all the time with my team. Great info. Now, when “scaling” to frame size I’ve been told “set” to frame size size is better because doing it that way maintains the resolution of the image. “Scaling” to frame dumbs down a higher res image to the timeline resolution, as evident in your example. You scaled and it to frame and the image was now at 100%. Then you scaled it up to 125%. You lost resolution. Also, I guess I have to blame KZbin viewers’ short attention spans, but all the jump cuts you do to tighten the audio makes it difficult for me to watch. There’s no breath or space. I’m sure there’s a good reason, but for me, it’s tough.
@PremiereGal2 жыл бұрын
Made a video about set and scale to frame size many years back where I cover just this: kzbin.info/www/bejne/eYbIo419r9CnhtE - it’s good feedback on the jump cuts, there could be more breaths added back in here in there. I think for some folks the speed of things need to be faster and for others slower. Before I didn’t do jump cuts like this, and some folks said they had go walk my video at 2x speed 😂 - the good news there is a pause button. But going forward I’ll tell my editing team to use with caution and not over do it too much 😅;)
