It's not that high tho most synchronized swimming pools aren't that deep mostly around 7-8feet only. :) (I do synchronized swimming:) )

They are not THAT deep underwater xD Maybe a metre or two and the pressure is NOT high at that point. Believe me. It's not the deep sea.

The dancing in the water part probably take years of practice, all I'd want is just to be able to dive as gracefully as they do when they first enter the pool.
