Synced like that and with slow rotation is definitely how they should've been from factory. Whether they flash the same color or alternate having them go slow and in sync definitely improves their effectiveness

yeeesss its perfect... the whole thing is a massive improvement over the factory independent rotors, and yes, opposing rotors are always more efficient than sequenced rotors regardless of lens and color

Didn’t know D-techs were a factory option. Usually these were aftermarket replacements that didn’t work well as most rotator speeds were too fast to get effective flash from these.
