Are you able to request a Reversion Clause in any of the Deal Structures? Or just in the "No Consideration, Blanket or Sync Fee" scenario?

Yes you can request a RC with any deal type offered.

I have a question...how do you know how much has been offered to the library as upfront sync fee..do they send you the contract?

Should I not send tracks to an exclusive library if those tracks are already on spotify, apple, amazon, etc or can I just tell them up front that I will take them down if accepted?

Just let them know where your tracks are published so they can let you know if they need you to take them down or not.
