This module is so far my favorite of the gainy modules, I feel the buck stops here for straight up, rippin' Hard Rock tones. Nothing is BETTER at this level...there's only shades of different. My only wish is that Bogner release a module of just the green channel stuff. People never talk about how good the clean channel on the Ecstasy head is! Anyways, I prefer to use my module on the 100b setting (there's a switch under the hood for 101b/100b) because it's dead-on with the Ecstasy sound I used to hear on various hard rock records in the 2000s (even though most of them were probably using the 101b). 100B setting just nails that juicy, God-tier modded Plexi goodness...that compressed/tight and very modern and boutiquey thing the Ecstasy is all about. I can't put my guitar down, the way I have the module set. The 101b mode is awesome too, but maybe a bit too "open" for my taste. Either way you set this thing...there's a compendium of tones to be excited about.
