I’ve grown the plain green one for years, in a hanging basket. I think it came from a plant gift pot. Probably I took it for granted, being so common. I put it outside in the summer, where it does great, indoors in the winter it doesn’t do well if I forget to water now and then, and it doesn’t get really good light, but when I cut it back, it comes right back. Recently I bought Pink Perfection and Red Arrow. I’m regretting not buying a Pink Confetti that I saw in a plant shop…I like the pink ones too. Pink Confetti was pale green and white with splashes of pink. So pretty!

I too love syngoniums and pink! It’s even better when you can combine them. I don’t have your wonderful climate. Winter ❄️ is much different in NE Ohio. I really can’t pick a favorite of your plants or my berry illusion syngonium will get jealous. It’s one of my favorite plants.

I do have strawberry ice, moonshine, pink, goose foot and milk confetti looking forward to albo and pink splash, and Cheapense ❤️ you are right you can buy them lush and for a lower price than the other tropicals. That they are easy to propagate is a plus!

Thank you for sharing your info on the syngonium plants. Such an amazing plant. I to love the pink variety. I know live in the northern part of North America, they can't be planted outside so if I were to start collecting them I would need to do what my parents at one part of my life and that was a huge indoor garden that housed a lot of these types of plants. I a so glad you did this video only it could get me in serious trouble. I am not sure I can pick a favorite. I do have the Whitebutterfly and one of the pinks but not sure which one mine actually is. Pink for sure. And I also have a darker slightly mottled leaf. All started out in 4 inch pots at $3.99 fall of 2019. They all are so much larger now. Happy growers.

Hello there and that is an awesome question. I would love to do a video on this when the temperatures get warmer and do a thorough tutorial where I can actually showcase the process. The key is always being able to accommodate your plants where they can grow at their best potential. That will require an area with ample space that can protect the plants from extreme heat, sun, and weather and rain. I have my garden surrounded by tall shrubs, vegetation, trees and bushes. They provide enough filter from the sun, good wind barrier and helps to retain the moisture within my garden. I also make sure there is an area that receives decent filter from direct sunlight. In my case I have a huge tree that does the trick. It allows enough light to come in but not too much giving my plants mostly dappled light throughout the day. This is the main foundation of starting a backyard garden. I will make sure to do a video on this in the early spring or summer months. Thanks for watching and inspiring me to do this video. Thank you! Sometimes you can find them in your garden centers or nurseries. Especially at plant centers that specialize in tropical foliage and exotic plant’s. If they don’t have them in your area you can also shop online on eBay and online shops. Best wishes and Happy Growing! 🤗

Are their any concerns for them becoming an invasive species if planted in a garden since is is so vigorous and 'grows like a weed'? This is a big concern not just for garden areas but also for the full environment. I have put plants in my garden that have turned out to be a 12+ year cures. The horticultural industry needs to be far more responsible when introducing invasive species.
