NEVER considered not being Catholic. However, women deacons, blessing same sex unions, along with the already divorced and remarried receiving the Eucharist. I’ll have to look into the orthodox churches. Confusion - satan’s tactic. This pope changes things by being vague. Letting people decide. Why do we have people voting at the synod? The Pope is the leader of the Church. By his personal actions we can judge that he is a holy servant of God. He is Christ like in his compassion and care for the poor and oppressed. It was the Jewish church leaders who condemned Jesus 'Because we have a law' ..... Thank you for that wonderful talk it was right on the money. Your Leader has several issues being discussed at the Synod. The early church did have married priests and female priests neither of that flies in the face of our belief or tradition. Neither of which did Christ ever objective in the gospels. I'd be fine with both of those. They were both gotten rid of because it was deemed that a celibate male clergy was more effective back and maybe the three or four hundred. Christ was very specific that marriage was between a man and a woman that name would leave his family to take care of his wife. He didn't say his partner he said his wife the church has never had any tradition with this and the gospels don't support this. Just back today from Medugorje. We met a beautiful couple,id say in their early 70s who know well the teachings of the Catholic Church. The synod came up and i felt the mother almost shut down when i mentioned Fultin sheens prophesy of the "ape of the church" and the clear connection to this synod". Sge then ipened up and confided that her daughter is in a same sex union. It was clear her and her husbands struggle, he was on the verge of breaking down explaining how he loves his daughter but how difficult it was to deal with her lifestyle. I cant stop praying and thinking of them and ill continue to do so because this agenda driven synod may wrll kead to many faithful Catholics reluctantly avcepting change to perrenial church teaching to keep the peace with their loved ones instead of putting Jesus first. If the Holy Spirit is guiding this process i pray that he will expose it clearly but it may be that this is our final test to put our Lord above even our closest loved ones. I believe the churcch had now fully entered her paddiin and so must play out. This toi shall pass though and her Immaculate heart will triumph 🙏 🙏✝️

I was thinking the very same thing when I heard an answer to a question. On the surface, it sounded like acceptance of samesex marriage within the Church - until you got towards the end, where the words were not only unclear, but worded in such a way so only a senior law student could come close to interpreting it. If I have to read and reread a paragraph just to make some sense of the meaning, then it feels like it was done this way purposely so that most would not (or could not) comprehend it - at least not correctly.

This lack of clarity reminds me the scene of Noah being embriagated by the excess of wine and his two sons covering his nakedness and his state of confusion witha blamket. God’s word is eternal. As a practicing Catholic I always admired the Church for standing up to moral relativism despite criticism that the Church teachings are outdated or just wrong. May God bless the Church and protect it from those who want to destroy it from within and without. Saint Michael the Arc Angel defend us in battle. Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him we humbly pray and do thou oh prince of the Heavenly Host by the power of God thrust into hell Satan and all the evil spirits who roam the world seeking the ruin of souls. Amen
