Hi! I’m the mod creator for Dragon’s Kingdom! Thank you for giving the mod a chance! It’s still early in the works but there’s plans for custom bosses, better AI, patrolling, customizable saddles and an intricate system for visually distinct dragon breeds. Right now the mod is getting a taming rework alongside a whole set of new animations, with the dragon becoming a passive tame that needs to be approached when sleeping out in the wild. Just to clear things up about the stats, the dragons’ growth system is built on a sliding scale -larger dragons are more durable and fly longer, but they are generally slower/clunkier. Think of it as the younger tiers being closer to griffins in terms of gameplay, fast and nimble, and the older tiers more akin to the base ARK wyverns but tankier! All tiers deal high amounts of damage with their fire, but the bite especially with the lower tiers is not that strong. They also have directional attacks on land depending on camera movement, and will later get a similar system for when flying! Furthermore, the sit mechanic actually has a secondary set of animations -if you set the dragon to rest through the option wheel, the dragon will instead go to sleep! Hope this helps! For future reference, the way you get these dragons is gonna be updated soon. I'll just tldr it real quick so you find any size in the wild, while they are sleeping you need to bring them a sheep like a carch and then every time after you have to feed them mutton until they let you ride them then you proceed like a charch tame ( tier 3 and up are harder to tame once this taming method is out )

I know there was a mod several years ago (like way before I actually bought the game, I was watching someone else play it on youtube) where the mod took the boss dragon and like...made it into a tameable creature that was just flying around. It was entertaining.

Great lookin mod..... Another Ive added that has changed flying completely for me is Immersive Flying (or Flyers). Makes the physics of flight more realistic and adds glides and swoops for all flyers, Nice thing is you just make a potion thing for the flyer to change them, Or even change them back. I love my Argy again!!

Yesterday i was taming a barsboldia, while that was happening i went looking for one and instantly found a 140. So get my grapple, climb up a pillar, and grapple it. I knock it out and get the egg. I ran back to the barsboldia only for it to disappear. (Btw the bars is a 150). I relog and got the bars, but the 140 dragon was gone.

i LOVE this mod, but i dont know how much sense it makes for the juveniles to have to kill alphas to get bigger, kinda seems like killing the "strongest and most powerful alpha" would make you the new alpha not a child lol. even killing an alpha to become elder seems odd. killing something thats ment to be way stronger and more powerful to become nowhere close to its power is strange. kinda feels like your dragon should kill trashy dinos >big dinos like rexs ect > other dragons then finally challenge the alpha to become one. or elders are just unrivalled gods not even the alphas will mess with.

Basicly what they call is a Dragon still. Maybe just for spesific types, i can agree with you like "wyvern" for winged arm, "serpent" for a sea dragon type, "drake" without wings, "wyrm" snake type, etc.

That's not true at all. "Dragon" is an extremely broad term. A dragon with two wings and two legs is still a dragon.

I have been playing with this mod on the server I play on for a while and if u make the dragon black will have a purple flame so I made mine black body purple on wings and a dark purple on scales currently up to 30 mutation on hp/melee and 20 on weight/stamina And ya u need 4 black teeth to make ancient Juvenile-->Young-->Adult-->Elder-->Ancient
