Hmm your shadowmane actually died to Rockwell because I fought against Rockwell with some of my best creatures and one of them died to him once they were close to him never ever send them at Rockwell that’s what I did it’s weird because my creatures had full max Heath and still yet they died near Rockwell.

It straight up took me 20 hours of attempts to beat alpha master controller with my brother and and friend and we all had capped armor and rexes and even a stupid op yuty and pig

I think the head can do a "stomp" that deals a lot of damage or another possibility is that creatures can get under the head which can lead it to getting pushed under the mesh and then it dies. But I am not that certain.

Im not 100% sure about this, but ur shadowmanes that were randomly dying in the final round was because they were meshed into the ground by the master controller when he moves his head down because the same thing happened to me where half of my rexes died in the final round to something unknown but the surviving ones were perfectly healthy

Syntac! The master controller can push dinos out of the map underneath him. When theyre attacking him while invincible, he lifts his head off the ground, dinos run under the head and he drops his head down. forces the dino under the map and they die.

by the way Syntac if ride on a dino and hold G (or any button that use to hold dead Dinos) you will find Dino can pick up dead creatures as well (keep in mind only some Dinos can do that and for some odd reason argey griffin and giant crab cannot do that)

I think the shadowmanes are waterbuffed because the arena in the middle of the map and they probably built it lower than the ocean biome so they are technically under water

Back in 2020, the CMC was a nightmare to beat. I'm a offline player but unlike other bosses, this one did not have any SP nerfs (I don't know how's the fight now) and had to do beat it just like people on servers (also I'm not sure about damage to the boss, but I think they've increased it later). I ran out of time on both gamma (a quick run for the skiff) and alpha before I did both difficulties next time. I had an army of Spinos mutated to 150 levels in both hp and melee and a 620% shotty, so I thought it'll be easy, but in the end I was greatly surprised. I liked the fight, but it was so damn difficult, and physically exhausting.

This boss is so fucking hard. Genesis 1 as a whole has really weird difficulty scalings; like the alpha gauntlets, and some of the alpha hunt missions. I hope they rebalance this map in asa

While the gigas are certainly dangerous, rockwell himself will deal a massive amount of damage with a slam attack. The fact that creatures aggro to him and just stand there pointlessly until they die is what makes the last phase so tough.

I found theris to work well for this, as the giga bleed shreds your creatures, but the veggie cakes help manage that

I had a domination rex with over 200k health die in that arena. I literally checked his health and he was at 198k and 10 seconds later he died. I’m pretty sure if a creature gets stuck underneath the master controller they just get insta killed. It’s stupid and I was so confused especially after having 3 rexes with max armour Tek saddles with 100k health die at around the same time.

if your dino’s are under rockwell when he does his ground slam attack, he pushes them though the floor and they hit a kill barrier

I would argue gen 1 is the hardest map. It has missions that I’ve only known people to cheat to finish them and the boss is the hardest (imo dragon is trivialized by the dein bleed)

Something I did was take 200 energy brews, 200 medical brews, 5 of each soup, 3 pairs of OP GEAR, an ascendant compound bow for the bots that shoot at you, and three ascendant tek rifles for the final stage it worked like a charm on alpha. 👍
