Instead of the metal hooks, get some synthetic shackles. Much better option and more versatile IMHO. Cheers!

I own a 2021 CRFORCE 600 TOURING. Do you know if the drum is steel or aluminum? I was told you can't put synthetic cable on an aluminum drum. I keep breaking my cable when plowing. Thanks for the helpful videos!
@R.N.GPerformance Жыл бұрын
It’s steel. We have kits in stock for it rngperformance.net/shop-parts-accessories/ols/products/316-x-50-synthetic-winch-cable-rope-winch-hook-stopper-with-aluminum-fairlead-for-atv-utv-7000lbs

Tried this today since I snapped the steel cable while plowing. Any advice for removing a rounded-out set screw? I used a 3mm wrench but either I rounded it out or it was already rounded out by the previous owner. So bummed.

It's hard to get my uforce 1000's stiff steel winch cable through the bumper of my Losi super baja rey rc truck. Looks like this synthetic winch cable is just what I need.

@@R.N.GPerformance You should check out the U force 1000 hill climb video I Uploaded. I think it's the longest full throttle hill climb by a cfmoto, on KZbin anyways. There is some much larger mountains to climb here. But as you can see in my video, I think I need a clutch kit to go any steeper. Fyi, I am also Dat-Sun, one of your long term subs.

Hey brother just found the channel and been power watching ever since. Had a question Ive never owned an ATV/UTV and was looking to get my first but I cant figure out if I wanted to go with the 800 or the 600. I have 2 local shops that have a 2024 800 and the other has a 2024 & 2023 600. I wasnt sure if the 800 would be too much for a first time person or the 600. Appreciate any input you may have. keep these vids coming the knowledge your passing on is awesome. Be safe bro

I have a 21 600T and I got the same Badland rope from Harbor Freight. I installed it tonight. No issues getting the old cable out. I removed the heat shrink that was on the end of the new rope as it didn't fit through with that. I unraveled the end of the rope and cut about half of the strands out (around 2 inches length). Then taped it all up and fed it through. Was not able to get the full thickness of the rope through the hole. In other words, the set screw is not on the full thickness rope but rather half thickness rope. Did you have a similar experience or were you able to feed the entire rope through? Thanks
